Terms Used In Arizona Laws 3-2661

  • Associate director: means the associate director of the animal services division of the Arizona department of agriculture. See Arizona Laws 3-2661
  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
  • Department: means the Arizona department of agriculture. See Arizona Laws 3-101
  • including: means not limited to and is not a term of exclusion. See Arizona Laws 1-215
  • Partnership: A voluntary contract between two or more persons to pool some or all of their assets into a business, with the agreement that there will be a proportional sharing of profits and losses.

1. "Associate director" means the associate director of the animal services division of the Arizona department of agriculture.

2. "Garbage" means waste consisting in whole or in part of animal waste resulting from handling, preparing, cooking and consuming of foods, including the offal from animal or poultry carcasses or parts thereof.

3. "Person" means the state, any municipality, political subdivision, institution, public or private corporation, individual partnership or other entity.
