A. A qualifying plan, as defined in section 36-2981, may elect to participate in the children’s health insurance program established pursuant to this article, subject to all requirements established in this article and in accordance with section 36-2989.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 36-2998
- Director: means the director of the administration. See Arizona Laws 36-2981
- Program: means the children's health insurance program. See Arizona Laws 36-2981
- Qualifying plan: means a contractor that contracts with the state pursuant to section 38-651 to provide health and accident insurance for state employees and that provides services to members pursuant to section 36-2989, subsection A. See Arizona Laws 36-2981
B. The director of the Arizona health care cost containment system shall establish the terms and conditions that shall be used to exercise the option to participate.
