A. The commission may adopt rules pursuant to Title 41, Chapter 6 that are reasonably necessary to carry out the purposes of this chapter.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 44-3131
- Director: means the director of the securities division of the commission. See Arizona Laws 44-1801
- Investment adviser: means any person who, for compensation, engages in the business of advising others, either directly or through publications or writings, as to the value of securities or as to the advisability of investing in, purchasing or selling securities or who, for compensation and as a part of a regular business, issues or promulgates analyses or reports concerning securities. See Arizona Laws 44-3101
B. The commission may delegate such authority to the director of securities as is convenient or necessary for the efficient administration of this chapter, except that the commission may not delegate authority to adopt rules or to enter any final order of denial or revocation of licenses of investment advisers or investment adviser representatives.
