Terms Used In Arizona Laws 5-1401
- Advisory board: means the advisory board of the authority. See Arizona Laws 5-1401
- Authority: means the southern Arizona sports, tourism and film authority. See Arizona Laws 5-1401
- Board: means the board of directors of the authority. See Arizona Laws 5-1401
- Indian tribe: means any organized Indian nation, tribe, band or community that is recognized as an Indian tribe by the United States department of the interior. See Arizona Laws 5-1401
- United States: includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Arizona Laws 1-215
1. "Advisory board" means the advisory board of the authority.
2. "Authority" means the southern Arizona sports, tourism and film authority.
3. "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.
4. "Indian tribe" means any organized Indian nation, tribe, band or community that is recognized as an Indian tribe by the United States department of the interior.
