No acknowledgment of a deed, mortgage, or other instrument shall be invalid because such acknowledgment was taken before an officer authorized by the laws of this state to acknowledge conveyances, who is also a member, director, employee, or officer of an association which is a party to such deed, mortgage, or other instrument.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 6-458
- Association: means every association to which this chapter applies as defined in the section concerning scope of chapter. See Arizona Laws 6-401
- Deed: The legal instrument used to transfer title in real property from one person to another.
- Mortgage: The written agreement pledging property to a creditor as collateral for a loan.
