As used in this article:
(a) “Electrical corporation” means an electrical corporation as defined in Section 218.
Terms Used In California Public Utilities Code 10302
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Gas corporation: means a gas corporation as defined in Section 222. See California Public Utilities Code 10302
- Redevelopment agency: means a redevelopment agency as defined in §. See California Public Utilities Code 10302
(b) “Gas corporation” means a gas corporation as defined in Section 222.
(c) “Redevelopment agency” means a redevelopment agency as defined in § 34102 of the Health and Safety Code.
