The authority and any entity contracted with to serve as the operator of any transit connectivity developed and delivered pursuant to this chapter shall be subject to all of the following:
(a) The Meyers-Milias-Brown Act (Chapter 10 (commencing with Section 3500) of Division 4 of Title 1 of the Government Code).
Terms Used In California Public Utilities Code 132660
- Authority: means the Tri-Valley-San Joaquin Valley Regional Rail Authority created under this chapter. See California Public Utilities Code 132651
- Connectivity: means one or more projects necessary to achieve transit connectivity between BART's rapid transit system and the San Joaquin Regional Rail Commission's Altamont Corridor Express commuter rail service, and to provide quality, seamless service to riders using the services operating between the Tri-Valley and the San Joaquin Valley. (b) The California Public Records Act (Division 10 (commencing with Section 7920.000) of Title 1 of the Government Code).
(c) The Ralph M. Brown Act (Chapter 9 (commencing with Section 54950) of Part 1 of Division 2 of Title 5 of the Government Code).
