Connecticut General Statutes 16-50jj – Meeting conducted during construction of electric generating facility

At least once during the period of construction of an electric generating facility in this state, the Connecticut Siting Council, the Departments of Administrative Services, Emergency Services and Public Protection and Consumer Protection and the Labor Department shall conduct a meeting to discuss and develop proposed resolutions for any known or potential safety issue at such facility. The council and said departments shall submit any such proposed resolutions to the special inspector provided for such facility, as required pursuant to section 16-50ii.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 16-50jj
- Consumer: means any private dwelling, boardinghouse, apartment, store, office building, institution, mechanical or manufacturing establishment or other place of business or industry to which water is supplied by a water company. See Connecticut General Statutes 16-1
- Facility: means : (1) An electric transmission line of a design capacity of sixty-nine kilovolts or more, including associated equipment but not including a transmission line tap, as defined in subsection (e) of this section. See Connecticut General Statutes 16-50i
