300 feet to the west of the center line of Dublin Road to its intersection with a line parallel to and 300 feet to the south of the center line of Depot Hill Road, thence easterly along said line to its intersection with a line parallel to and 300 feet to the west of the center line of Landing Hill Road, thence southerly along said line to its intersection with a line parallel to and 1500 feet to the west of the center line of Connecticut Route 9A, thence southerly along said line to its intersection with a line parallel to and 300 feet to the west of the center line of Walkley Hill Road, thence southerly along said line to its intersection with a line parallel to and 1500 feet to the west of the center line of Connecticut Route 9A, thence southerly along said line to its intersection with the town line between Chester and Haddam, thence westerly along said line to its intersection with a line parallel to and 300 feet to the east of the center lines of Old County Road and Goose
