The court is authorized to establish and maintain Support Enforcement Services and such offices thereof as it determines are necessary for the proper handling of the administrative details incident to proceedings under sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive, and may appoint such personnel as necessary for the proper administration of the nonjudicial functions of proceedings under sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive.
