The support service investigators of Support Enforcement Services of the Superior Court shall, while acting within the scope of their duties as such, pursuant to matters under sections 46b-301 to 46b-425, inclusive, have the powers of service and of execution of summons and orders for withholding, and the conduct of investigations.
