When the registrars of voters are required by law to maintain, have on file or retain any document, record, list or other paper, the same shall be kept in their office or, if they do not have a permanent office, in the office space provided under section 9-5a.
Terms Used In Connecticut General Statutes 9-5b
- Registrars: means the registrars of voters of the municipality. See Connecticut General Statutes 9-1
- Voters: means those persons qualified to vote under the provisions of section 7-6. See Connecticut General Statutes 1-1
