As used in this chapter:
(1) “Building” means any structure, building, edifice or part thereof.
(2) “Construction” means alteration, removal, demolition, addition, repair or construction of any new or old building.
(3) “Person” means any architect, builder, contractor, repairman, agent, partner or corporation as well as an individual.

Terms Used In Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6301
- Building: means any structure, building, edifice or part thereof. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6301
- Construction: means alteration, removal, demolition, addition, repair or construction of any new or old building. See Delaware Code Title 9 Sec. 6301
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
