(1) Animals requiring rabies vaccination under Florida Statutes § 828.30, must be vaccinated for rabies and their vaccinations must be current at the time of inspection. Proof of a current vaccination certificate shall be kept by the owner/operator of migrant labor camps or residential migrant housing and shall be made available to the department upon department request.
(3) Aggressive, venomous, or potentially dangerous animals are not allowed in migrant labor camps or residential migrant housing units.
