Terms Used In Florida Regulations 69O-162.108

  • Annuity: A periodic (usually annual) payment of a fixed sum of money for either the life of the recipient or for a fixed number of years. A series of payments under a contract from an insurance company, a trust company, or an individual. Annuity payments are made at regular intervals over a period of more than one full year.
  • Oversight: Committee review of the activities of a Federal agency or program.
    (a) The Annuity 2000 Mortality Table;
    (b) The 1994 GAR Table;
    (c) The 1983 Table “”a””;
    (d) The 2012 IAR Mortality Table which is titled 2012 IAM Period Table in Appendices I and II (01/13) and The Projection Scale G2 (Scale G2) in Appendices III and IV (01/13).
