§ 13.03 Definitions.
Terms Used In N.Y. Mental Hygiene Law 13.03
- office: means the office for people with developmental disabilities. See N.Y. Mental Hygiene Law 13.03
As used in this title:
1. "office" means the office for people with developmental disabilities.
2. "commissioner" means the head of the office for people with developmental disabilities.
