Terms Used In 10 Guam Code Ann. § 66106

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
The Chief of Police is authorized and empowered to recom- mend to the Governor for issuance as executive orders the making, amendment and recession of such orders, rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Chapter.
