(a) A student permit may be canceled by the Principal whenever, in his opinion, the safety of the student or other persons requires the action and shall be cancelled upon the written request of the parent, or any other person who signed the consent to issue the permit.
(b) All student permits shall be surrendered and returned to the Principal whenever cancelled or upon completion of the course of instruction for which issued.
