CH. 3 GENERAL PROVISIONS
Any student who successfully completes an approved Driver Education Program and who has the consent in writing of his parents, guardian, or persons having legal custody of him shall be eligible to apply for an instruction permit issued pursuant to § 3101 of this Code notwithstanding the fact that he is not at least
sixteen (16) years of age.
