Terms Used In 19 Guam Code Ann. § 41307

  • Gift: A voluntary transfer or conveyance of property without consideration, or for less than full and adequate consideration based on fair market value.
A gift in view of death is not affected by a previous will; nor by a subsequent will, unless it expresses an intention to revoke the gift.
