Terms Used In 19 Guam Code Ann. § 5104

  • Testimony: Evidence presented orally by witnesses during trials or before grand juries.
, during the pendency of a criminal case against any person in any other court, it shall be ascertained that such person is a minor, it shall be the duty of such court forthwith to transfer the case, together with all papers, documents and testimony connected therewith, to the Family Division of this Court. The court making such transfer shall order the minor to be taken forthwith to the place of detention designated by the Family Division or to that Court itself, or shall release such minor to the custody of some suitable person to be brought before the Family Division at a time designated. The Family Division shall then proceed as provided in this Chapter.
