ney or the proceeds of any property donated, granted or bequeathed generally for the benefit of the Guam Territorial Park System shall be deposited in the Parks Fund; provided, however, that money or property donated, granted or bequeathed for specific purposes, concerning the System or any part thereof shall be held in trust by the Director, and may be used for such purposes only upon authorization by the Legislature.
