Terms Used In 7 Guam Code Ann. § 23305

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
The sale of any franchise under execution must be made in the district in which the corporation has its principal place of business, or in which the property, or some portion thereof is situated.
