Terms Used In Idaho Code 67-7444

Commission: means the Idaho state lottery commission. See Idaho Code 67-7404
Director: means the director of the lottery. See Idaho Code 67-7404

The commission, the director and employees of the lottery shall not be personally liable for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith in the exercise or purported exercise of powers conferred under this chapter.
