Terms Used In Illinois Compiled Statutes 210 ILCS 125/21.1
- individual: shall include every infant member of the species homo sapiens who is born alive at any stage of development. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.36
No person shall prohibit the use of a life jacket in a swimming facility by an individual who, as evidenced by a statement signed by a licensed physician, suffers from a physical disability or condition which necessitates the use of such life jacket.
