- State: when applied to different parts of the United States, may be construed to include the District of Columbia and the several territories, and the words "United States" may be construed to include the said district and territories. See Illinois Compiled Statutes 5 ILCS 70/1.14
The Auditor General shall conduct a post audit to determine if the Department has complied with the requirements of Section 5-5.9 of this Code. The audit required by this Section shall be in accordance with and subject to the Illinois State Auditing Act as now and hereafter amended. The Legislative Audit Commission, by resolution, may make additions or clarifications to the scope or coverage of the audit required by this Section.
