- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.

Each bidder who submits a bid or offer for a State contract under this Code shall have a sexual harassment policy in accordance with paragraph (4) of subsection (A) of § 2-105 of the Illinois Human Rights Act. A copy of the policy shall be provided to the State agency entering into the contract upon request.
