     The Retail Installment Sales Act, approved June 17, 1957, as amended, is repealed. Transactions entered into before January 1, 1968 and the rights, duties and interests flowing from them remain valid thereafter and may be satisfied, completed, consummated or enforced as required or permitted by the Retail Installment Sales Act repealed by this Act as though that repeal had not occurred.
