- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
Except in occupations specifically exempted by Section 2 and agriculture, no minor under 16 years of age shall be employed, permitted or allowed to work in any gainful occupation unless the person, firm or corporation employing such minor procures and keeps on file an employment certificate.
