Terms Used In Indiana Code 16-24.5-1-3

  • urgent care facility: means a freestanding health care facility that offers episodic, walk-in care for the treatment of acute, but not life-threatening, health conditions. See Indiana Code 16-24.5-1-1
     (b) An urgent care facility shall update the information on the Internet web site on an annual basis.
