Sec. 5. A person who:

(1) operates a health facility that is not licensed under this article; or

Under the Indiana Code, punishments for crimes depend on the classification. In the case of this section:Class | Prison | Fine |
---|---|---|
Class A misdemeanor | up to 1 year | up to $5,000 |
(2) advertises by any means the operation of a health facility that is not licensed under this article;
commits a Class A misdemeanor.
