Terms Used In Indiana Code 16-41-27.5-2
- recreational vehicle: means a vehicle with or without motive power that is equipped to be used exclusively as living quarters for persons traveling upon the highways. See Indiana Code 16-41-27.5-3
- RV campsite: means an individual site at which at least one (1) recreational vehicle may be parked overnight for vacation, recreational, health, educational, sectarian, business, or tourist activities. See Indiana Code 16-41-27.5-5
Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “independent RV campsite” means an RV campsite that provides an individual sewer connection for each recreational vehicle parked at the campsite.
