Sec. 4. (a) As used in this chapter, “rolls” includes the following:
(2) Hard rolls, such as Vienna and Kaiser.
(1) Plain white rolls and buns of the semibread dough type, such as soft rolls, hamburger, hot dog, and Parker House.
