- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
Sec. 19. A person who has a communicable or infectious disease may not work in a food establishment in any capacity in which epidemiological evidence indicates the person may spread the disease.
