Indiana Code 20-30-5.6-4. “School”

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “school” means the following:

(1) A school maintained by a school corporation.

Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
school: means the following:
Indiana Code 20-30-5.6-4

(2) A charter school.
