Indiana Code 20-45-7-12. “Fund”

Sec. 12. As used in this chapter, “fund” refers to the county school distribution fund:

(1) into which the receipts from the tax must be credited; and

fund: refers to the county school distribution fund:
Indiana Code 20-45-7-12
tax: refers to the county supplemental school financing property tax to be levied by the county council under this chapter. See Indiana Code 20-45-7-15

(2) from which distributions to qualified school corporations must be charged.
