Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “eligible entity” means any of the following:
(2) A public school, including a charter school.
(1) A school corporation.

- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
(3) A state accredited nonpublic school.
(4) An approved intermediary.
(5) A career coaching provider approved by the department under section 8 of this chapter.
