Indiana Code 21-18-20-4. “High school”

Sec. 4. As used in this chapter, “high school” means a high school that is:

(1) maintained by a school corporation;

Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
high school: means a high school that is:
Indiana Code 21-18-20-4

(2) a charter school; or

(3) a state accredited nonpublic school.
