Sec. 5. (a) The reverse transfer associate degree program is established to provide a uniform, statewide policy for Ivy Tech Community College and Vincennes University to award associate degrees to:
(2) reverse transfer eligible former students;
(1) reverse transfer eligible undergraduate students; and

- program: means the reverse transfer associate degree program established by section 5 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 21-41-13-2
- reverse transfer eligible former student: means an individual formerly enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program at a state educational institution who meets the following requirements:

- reverse transfer eligible undergraduate student: means an individual currently enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program at a state educational institution who meets the following requirements:

through the reverse transfer of applicable credit hours in an efficient and timely manner at no cost to the undergraduate and former students under this chapter.
(b) The commission for higher education shall administer the program.
(c) Subject to the policy established under section 6 of this chapter, Ivy Tech Community College or Vincennes University, as applicable, shall determine whether an individual is a:
(1) reverse transfer eligible undergraduate student; or
(2) reverse transfer eligible former student.
