Sec. 6. Not later than June 30, 2025, the commission for higher education, in consultation with each state educational institution, shall establish a policy to at least semiannually identify and notify an individual who is a:
(2) reverse transfer eligible former student;
(1) reverse transfer eligible undergraduate student; or

- reverse transfer eligible former student: means an individual formerly enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program at a state educational institution who meets the following requirements:

- reverse transfer eligible undergraduate student: means an individual currently enrolled in a baccalaureate degree program at a state educational institution who meets the following requirements:

of the voluntary option to receive an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College or Vincennes University, as applicable, at no cost.
