- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- minor: means a person less than eighteen (18) years of age. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
Sec. 5. As used in this chapter, “employer” means a person, firm, limited liability company, or corporation that hires, employs, or permits a minor to work in a gainful occupation.
