Sec. 12. An applicant under this chapter may appeal under IC 4-21.5 the following decisions of the board:
(2) Determination of the occupation.
(1) Denial of a license.
Terms Used In Indiana Code 25-1-17-12
- Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
- board: has the meaning set forth in IC 25-1-8-1. See Indiana Code 25-1-17-1
(3) Determination of the similarity of the scope of practice of the license issued.
(4) Any other final determination under this chapter.
