Terms Used In Indiana Code 27-1-22-23
- Commissioner: means the "insurance commissioner" of this state. See Indiana Code 27-1-2-3
- Department: means "the department of insurance" of this state. See Indiana Code 27-1-2-3
Sec. 23. No provision of IC 4-22-2 shall be construed to apply to rates or classifications made pursuant to the provisions of this chapter and approved by the commissioner or department.
