Terms Used In Indiana Code 27-1-36-12

  • authorized control level RBC: means , with respect to an insurer, the number determined under the risk-based capital formula in accordance with the RBC Instructions. See Indiana Code 27-1-36-4

   Sec. 12. As used in this chapter, “mandatory control level RBC” means, with respect to an insurer, the product of seven-tenths (.7) multiplied by the insurer’s authorized control level RBC.
