Sec. 3. As used in this chapter, “group” means a group of individuals who:

(1) have similar professional attributes;

Terms Used In Indiana Code 27-7-16-3

  • casualty and liability insurance: means the type of insurance described in IC 27-1-5-1, Class 2(h). See Indiana Code 27-7-16-1
  • group: means a group of individuals who:

    Indiana Code 27-7-16-3

(2) belong to the group for purposes other than that of obtaining insurance; and

(3) are eligible to purchase casualty and liability insurance.
