Sec. 2. As used in this chapter, “chronic pain management” means evidence based health care products and services intended to relieve chronic pain that has lasted for at least three (3) months. The term includes:
(2) physical therapy;
(1) prescription drugs;

- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
(3) occupational therapy;
(4) chiropractic care;
(5) osteopathic manipulative treatment; and
(6) athletic trainer services.
