Sec. 10.5. (a) This section applies when the office determines that a boundary depicted on a census block boundary map prepared by the United States Bureau of the Census is in error.
(b) The commission may approve a precinct boundary under this chapter that follows a corrected boundary as determined by the commission. The election division shall record this approval in the minutes of the commission.Terms Used In Indiana Code 3-11-1.5-10.5
(c) The office shall annotate the corrected boundary in the GIS.
