Sec. 3. (a) A candidate for legislative office and the candidate’s committee shall file each report, notice, or other instrument required by this article with the election division.

- Clerk: means the clerk of the court or a person authorized to perform the clerk's duties. See Indiana Code 1-1-4-5
(b) The circuit court clerk shall, at the request of any person, furnish the person a copy of a report, notice, or other instrument required by this article for a candidate for a legislative office from electronic records maintained on the secretary of state’s or election division’s website. The circuit court clerk shall charge for a copy of records furnished under this subsection as provided in IC 5-14-3.
