  • fund: refers to the juvenile behavioral health competitive grant pilot program fund established by section 5 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 31-40-6-0.3
  • program: refers to the juvenile behavioral health competitive grant pilot program established by section 2 of this chapter. See Indiana Code 31-40-6-1
   Sec. 0.3. As used in this chapter, “fund” refers to the juvenile behavioral health competitive grant pilot program fund established by section 5 of this chapter.
