Sec. 19. (a) The clerk shall collect a jury fee of six dollars ($6) in each action in which a defendant is found to have committed a crime, violated a statute defining an infraction, or violated an ordinance of a municipal corporation.

  • Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.

     (b) The fee collected under this section shall be deposited into the county user fee fund established by IC 33-37-8-5.
